Idaho Congressional Delegation to Host Passport Fairs
The Idaho Congressional Delegation, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, will host seven Passport Fairs starting Wednesday, May 29, to Saturday, June 1, to help you apply for your passport (first time or renewal).
Appointment links are active Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm MDT.

To apply for a passport (or to renew a passport), you must submit:
- A Completed Passport Application:
- DS-11 – For first time applicants or minors
- DS-82 – For adult renewals

- Evidence of your U.S. Citizenship (Birth Certificate; Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship; Previously Issued U.S. Passport)
- Recent Passport Photo – 2” x 2” (NO GLASSES in Passport Photos)
- Valid Photo Identification (Driver’s License; State ID Card; current passport; or Military ID)
- Payment of Passport Fees (check or money order)
