Risch Renamed Congressional Sportsmen’s
Caucus Co-chair for 115 th Congress

Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation (CSF) announced U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID) as co-chair of the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) for the 115th Congress.

“It is an honor to continue serving as co-chair of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus,” said Senator Risch. “Like so many other Idahoans, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and shooting sports and value the strong principles associated with them.”

"The CSC, which is the largest, bipartisan caucus on Capitol Hill, continues to grow stronger, and we look forward to working with sportsmen and women-legislators in the 115th Congress," said CSF President Jeff Crane. "This year's CSC leadership will be crucial to advancing federal pro-sportsmen policies, including a comprehensive sportsmen's package."

The bipartisan Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) has grown into one of the largest and most effective caucuses in the U.S. Congress with nearly 300 members of the House and Senate representing almost all 50 states. The CSC, with direct support from CSF, has maintained its effectiveness in providing a link between the sportsmen's community and Congress.
