Washington, D.C.– Idaho Senator Jim Risch has moved into his new office in Washington, D.C. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Russell Senate Office Building in room 483, upstairs from the transition space he had been working out of since January.

"I am excited to be in my official Senate office. The added space will allow me and my staff to better serve Idahoans who both stop by my office or call and write from the state," said Risch. "I am also glad my office will remain in the original Senate office building during its historic, centennial year, and I encourage any Idahoans visiting our nation’s capital to drop by."

The Russell Senate Office Building was originally opened in March of 1909. It has housed the offices of five Senators who later served as President, as well as several noteworthy hearings including investigations into the sinking of the Titanic, Pearl Harbor and Watergate.
